Ballroom Rental Prices 2025
All day Rental for Weddings & Big Events
Lincoln Valley Members: Rental Fee $500.00 + $300.00 Deposit Amount Due: $800.00
Non-Members: Rental Fee $700.00 + $300.00 Deposit
Amount Due: $1000.00
Deposit & half of rental fee is due along with a signed contract to save your day. The deposit will be mailed back with-in 7 days after the event. Deposit is returned as long as the banquet hall is back to its original use, with all rental requirements followed. This rental includes day before use to set up for the event. (9am-8pm)
Rental Agreements for Graduations/Holiday Parties
$175.00 due with a signed contract.
This rental is for the day of rental use only. 9am-11pm
(If needed in to set up before 9am, other arrangements must be made)
Rental Agreements for Meetings/Events – Less than 4 hours
$125.00 due with signed contract – no kitchen use
$175.00 with kitchen use
